Staara Returns & Refund Policy

At Staara, we want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. If for any reason your hoodie isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:

  • The hoodie is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags and original packaging must be intact
  • A return request must be submitted through our official Returns Form

You’ll need your order number and email address to complete the request.

How to Return an Item

  1. Complete our Returns Form
    staara.co.uk/pages/refund
  2. You’ll receive detailed return instructions and our return address via email
  3. Package your hoodie securely and send it back to us

Please note:

  • Return postage is the customer’s responsibility
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your hoodie arrives damaged, faulty, or isn’t what you ordered:

  • Please complete the Returns Form within 14 days of receiving your item
  • We will cover return postage and offer a replacement or a full refund
